Installing Message Companion 2010
- To install the application you need to download Message Companion by clicking here. When asked whether you’d like to “Run or Save the file” select Save, and save to the desktop
- Once the download has completed, double click the file to start the installation
- Requirements & Prerequisites:
There is no need to download the following prerequisites as the installation will check to see if they are required. If they are required they will be downloaded and installed automatically. We have added download links to the prerequisites should you require them for multi-site installations.- Windows Operating System (XP,Vista,7)
- Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0 (minimum) – Download here (only Windows XP)
- Windows Installer v3.1 (minimum) – Download here (only Windows XP)
- During Installation, you may be asked to install the above prerequisites as they are required to run Message Companion. The prerequisites will be downloaded and installed automatically. Once complete, re-run the Message Companion installation.
